Terms and Conditions for Weekly Mowing Services

1. Services Provided
Northstar Landscape ("Company") agrees to provide weekly lawn care services to the customer ("Client") which include:

  • Mowing of all turf areas

  • Trimming around obstacles, trees, fences, and borders

  • Blowing grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, and patios

2. Schedule
Services will be performed on a weekly basis, weather permitting. The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain a consistent service day each week but reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to weather conditions, holidays, or equipment issues.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly.. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% after 20 days past the invoice date. Payment can be made online via credit card. 

4. Access and Property Conditions
The Client agrees to provide clear access to the property on the scheduled service day. All pets must be secured, and all personal items (toys, furniture, etc.) should be removed from lawn areas before service. If access is obstructed, the Company may skip the service and the regular fee will still apply.

5. Service Exceptions and Adjustments
The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend services due to:

  • Unforeseen site conditions (e.g., excessive debris, flooding, or construction)

  • Unsafe conditions for equipment or personnel

  • Turf conditions that would be harmed by mowing (e.g., drought stress, saturated soil)

In such cases, the Client will be notified, and services will resume when conditions are suitable.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a service fee. If weather prevents scheduled service, the Company will attempt to reschedule within the same week.

7. Liability
The Company is insured and will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, the Company is not liable for damages caused by hidden or unforeseen obstacles such as irrigation heads, exposed cables, or landscape features not clearly visible or marked.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. All outstanding balances are due upon termination.

9. Agreement Acceptance
By accepting the estimate, the Client agrees to the above Terms and Conditions for weekly mowing services provided by Northstar Landscape, LLC.
